Prep Week Appointment Organiser

Auto Schedule only uses approved requests. It prioritises High → Standard → Low. Within the same priority it then uses the speedups relevant to that day: Monday = General + Construction, Tuesday = General + Research, Thursday = General + Training, and Friday = all Speedups. If players are still tied, the player with fewer valid appointment slots is placed first. Manual changes are pinned and kept when Auto Schedule is run again. Free timetable cells also have a Manual Assign action. Organisers can manually override submitted availability when needed. Appointment management stays available even when registration is locked, and Prep Week Organisers/Owner can add late assignments without reopening submissions. Conflicts that cannot be accommodated can be marked No Available Positions and kept in the Denied Appointments table. Once every request is either scheduled or denied, use Confirm Schedule. You can confirm while submissions are still open, but the main page will remain on Pending Appointments until the registration window locks. Any later change automatically requires confirmation again.
