Auto Schedule uses entered availability and prioritises High → Standard → Low. Within the same priority it then uses the speedups relevant to that day: Monday = General + Construction, Tuesday = General + Research, Thursday = General + Training, and Friday = all Speedups. If players are still tied, the player with fewer valid appointment slots is placed first. Manual changes are pinned and kept when Auto Schedule is run again.
